The Nevada Rural Housing Authority Near Elderly and Disabled Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Southgate II is currently open.

The NRHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from April 11, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the NRHA, "To qualify all households must meet income requirements, and the head, spouse or co-head must be 55 or disabled at any age".
