Eligibility
The Tuckahoe Housing Authority (THA) is not accepting Public Housing waiting list applications at this time.
The THA offers two apartment communities:
1. Sanford Gardens is a 99 unit family community.
2. Jefferson Gardens is a 51 unit senior/disabled community.
