Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) waiting list for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments is currently closed. Pre-applications were last accepted from September 21, 2019, until an unconfirmed close date. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Starting September 21, 2019 at 12:01 am until September 25, 2019 at 11:59 pm, selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.

After September 25, 2019, selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
