Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, from January 15, 2019 at 12:01 am CT, until further notice. It was last open for two days in September 2017; and before that from May 2014, until April 2016.

The waiting list has the following preferences: Families terminated as a result of insufficient funding, Displaced persons (natural disaster or due to government action), Homeless, Disabled. OCHA may limit selection from the waiting list at a 50/50 ratio between persons with disabilities and non-disabled persons.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, after sorting preferences.
