New Columbia Apartments Rental Assistance Demonstration and Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Home Forward (HF) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2-Bedrooms apartments, and Rental Assistance Demonstration waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments at New Columbia Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 7, 2021 until June 21, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Emailed to New Columbia Apartments.
2. Faxed to New Columbia Apartments
3. Mailed to New Columbia Apartments.
4. Dropped off in person at New Columbia Apartments.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
