The Homes for Good Permanent Supportive Housing Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio apartments at The Nel is currently open. 

The Homes for Good is accepting referrals for this waiting list from April 4, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to Homes for Good "Placement into The Nel done ONLY through referrals from Lane County's Centralized Waitlist through the Coordinated Entry System."

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $24,950 | 2 Persons $28,500

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
