Sheldon Village Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Homes for Good Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments at Sheldon Village is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 21, 2020, until July 28, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person: $24,500
• 2 Persons: $28,000
• 3 Persons: $31,500
• 4 Persons: $35,000
• 5 Persons: $37,800

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
