Sarang Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Homes for Good Section 8 Project-based Voucher waiting list for 3-Bedroom apartments at Sarang is closed.

The Homes for Good last accepted applications for this waiting list from October 19, 2021, until October 26, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 4 Persons $35,600
• 5 Persons $38,450
• 6 Persons $41,300
• 7 Persons $44,150

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Bethel School Districts McKinney-Vinto Services which guarantees education rights and support for children and youth who meet the definition of homeless under the McKinney-Vento Act.
• Lane County's Wildfire Recovery Services for Wildfire Survivors. 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
