Laurelwood Homes Public Housing Waiting List

The Homes for Good Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Laurelwood Homes is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from December 16, 2020 until December 30, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to Homes for Good, "One-Bedroom units are reserved for elderly and disabled residents."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 person: $39,200 | 5 persons: $60,500
• 2 persons: $44,800 | 6 persons: $65,000
• 3 persons: $50,400 | 7 persons: $69,450
• 4 persons: $56,000 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
