Scattered Site Duplexes Public Housing Waiting List

The Homes for Good Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Scattered Site Duplexes is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from April 27, 2021 until May 4, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 2 Persons $45,600 | 6 Persons $66,100
• 3 Persons $51,300 | 7 Persons $70,650
• 4 Persons $56,950 | 8 Persons $75,200
• 5 Persons $61,550 | 9 Persons $79,750

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Referred by the Homes for Good approved entity.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
