Eligibility
The Homes for Good Senior and Disable Public Housing waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Parkview Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 12, 2021, until January 19, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:
- 1 person: $39,200 per year
- 2 persons: $44,800 per year
- 3 persons: $50,400 per year
- 4 persons: $56,000 per year
- 5 persons: $60,500 per year
This waiting list had the following preferences:
- Referrals from local preference partners will be served first.
- The Transitional Homeless Family preference applies to transitional housing persons who are homeless and who are referred from a PHA approved entity.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
