Hawks View Estates Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

A Housing Works waiting list for 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project Based Voucher apartments at Hawks View Estates is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 15, 2020, until June 18, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the online paper application.

Once the application has been completed, it must have been either:

1. Dropped off in person at the Housing Works office.
2. Faxed to Housing Works.
3. Emailed to Housing Works.

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Preference being given to those receiving services through Child Welfare or Self Sufficiency. 
• Local residency preference. Applicants that reside in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties or whose household includes a family member who works, or has been notified that they are hired to work, in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties, will be served before those residing outside this area.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
