Ponderosa Heights Apartments Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Works Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 3-Bedrtoom apartments at Ponderosa Heights Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from December 21, 2020, until December 30, 2020.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the online paper application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $26,850 | 5 Persons $41,400
• 2 Persons $30,650 | 6 Persons $44,450
• 3 Persons $34,500 | 7 Persons $47,500
• 4 Persons $38,300 | 8 Persons $50,600

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off in person at the Housing Works office.
2. Faxed to Housing Works.
3. Emailed to Housing Works.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Local residency preference. Applicants that reside in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties or whose household includes a family member who works, or has been notified that they are hired to work, in Crook, Deschutes or Jefferson Counties, will be served before those residing outside this area. Priority will be given to applicants who are clients of the Department of Human Services through Child Welfare or Self -Sufficiency.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
