Tioga and Bradford County, Pennsylvania Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Tioga Bradford Housing and Redevelopment Authority (TBHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from July 28, 2021 at 12:00 pm ET, until further notice.

Please note: The TBHRA public notice only mentions the "Bradford County Housing Authority," but a TBHRA representative confirmed by phone that this opening is for both Tioga and Bradford County.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• County Residency
• Involuntarily displaced person/family
• Nursing Home Transition Program

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
