The Tioga Bradford Housing and Redevelopment Authority (TBHRA) Family Public Housing waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Twin Spruce Apartments is currently open. 

The TBHRA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of March 7, 2022, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application available here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the Tioga County Housing Authority, 112 Dorsett Heights Mansfield, PA 16933.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
