Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Harrisburg Housing Authority (HHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for for two days in July, 2019. Before that, it was open two days in August, 2018; from February until March, 2016; and for three days in October, 2014. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Homeless, Veterans and Displaced by disasters.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
