Erie, Pennsylvania Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 10, 2021 until May 21, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the HACE to request an application by mail.
3. Pick up an application from the HACE HCV Program Office.

Once the paper application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Postmarked and mailed to the Housing Authority of the City of Erie.
2. Dropped off at the HACE.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
