Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) Disabled Public Housing waiting list for Wheelchair Accessible 1-Bedroom apartments at Allegheny Dwellings, Arlington Heights and Bedford Dwellings is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 2021, until further notice.
To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.
Once the application has been completed, it must be either:
- Emailed to [email protected].
- Faxed to (412) 456-5182.
- Mailed to the HACP Occupancy Department, 100 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
- Dropped off at the HACP drop box, located on the fourth floor at the address mentioned above. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ET.
This waiting list has the following preferences:
- Employed
- Disabled
- Elderly
- Veterans
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
