Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin will be opening their public housing waiting list for families and senior/disabled individuals on June 1, 2015, at 9:00 am.

Please Note: The public housing waiting list for families will close on June 5, 2015 at 5:00 pm. The public housing waiting list for senior/disabled individuals does not have a close date at this time.

On June 1, 2015, the application will be available to apply online here. The housing authority will no longer accept paper applications.

Once the application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation number, please write down this number for future reference.

This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: employed and working at least 20 hours a week for the last three months, have been employed at least seven months in the last 12 months, disabled, live and/or work in Dauphin County but outside of the City of Harrisburg, live and/or work in Dauphin County, displaced by government action, displaced by a natural disaster, under government witness protection, victim of domestic violence, or homeless.
