Eligibility
The Coventry Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The CHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 195 units that are dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the CHA to pick up an application, located at 14 Manchester Circle, Coventry, RI, during normal office hours.
2. Request that an application be mailed to you by calling 401-828-4367 during normal office hours.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
