Cumberland Manor Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Cumberland Housing Authority (CHA) Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Cumberland Manor is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application available here. Select the "Cumberland Manor Pre App 2021" link.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the Cumberland Housing Authority, One Mendon Road, Cumberland, RI 02864.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $48,450
• 2 Persons $55,400
• 3 Persons $62,300
• 4 Persons $69,200

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Residency preference in Cumberland, Rhode Island 

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
