Public Housing Waiting List

The Warren Housing Authority (WHA) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom units at Kickemuit Village is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least September, 2017, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application available online here. Select the link under the "Wait List" section.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the WHA at 20 Libby Lane, Warren, RI 02885.
2. Hand delivered to the WHA at the address above.
3. Faxed to (401) 245-1392.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Warren Resident: 20 Points
• Employed in Warren: 20 Points
• Veteran: 10 Points (DD-214 must be provided to receive preference).
