The Pennington County Housing and Redevelopment Commission (PCHRC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least September, 2018, until further notice.

Pennington County, SD is about 60 miles east of Rapid City, SD.
