Eligibility
The Pennington County Housing and Redevelopment Commission (PCHRC) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2015, until further notice.

This waiting list has the following preferences:
- If Head, Co-Head or Spouse is a veteran or widow of a veteran.
