Trevecca Towers I & II Senior and Disabled Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Trevecca Towers I & II is currently open.

The MDHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from April 19, 2022 at 12:00 pm, until May 2, 2022 at 3:00 pm CT.

Please note: In order to qualify for elderly and disabled housing, the head of household or spouse must be at least 62 years old or have a documented disability.

• Residency - Households who live in Davidson County on the date they submit a preapplication.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
