Davidson County, Tennessee Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Pre-applications were last accepted from October 22, 2019, until October 25, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online pre-application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Residency - Households who live in Davidson County on the date they submit a pre-application.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
