Parkway Terrace Apartments, Contemporary Public Housing Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) waiting list for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom Contemporary Public Housing apartments at Parkway Terrace Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from November 21, 2019, until November 25, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Parkway Terrace is located in East Nashville. Applicants generally must have at least $10,400 in annual income, and they must qualify for and pay their own utilities. 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
