Eligibility
The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Neighborhood Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 18, 2021, until February 22, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the MDHA:
- "Neighborhood Housing consists of duplexes scattered across the city featuring one-, two-, three- and four-bedrooms."
- "Anyone currently on the Neighborhood Housing waiting list will need to reapply."
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
