Gernert Studio Apartments Waiting List

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Senior waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Gernert Studio Apartments is closed.

The MDHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 16, 2021, until January 13, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MDHA, "In order to qualify for elderly housing, the head of household must be at least 62 years old."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
