Eligibility
The Sweetwater Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 157 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, download the application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, visit the SHA to submit an application in person, located at 3 Valley View Village, Sweetwater, TN 37874, from 8:00 am until 11:00 am EDT, and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all earned and unearned income, bank statements, and if pregnant, proof of pregnancy.
