Grandy Village Revitalization Limited Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Grandy Village Revitalization is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on a limited basis from January 28, 2021, until February 23, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the NRHA, "Those eligible for these waitlists include current participants in NRHA’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, residents in NRHA’s Low-income Affordable Housing program and those currently on waitlists for either programs."

• Working at least 20 hours a week.

Selected applicants are placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
