Eligibility
The Staunton Redevelopment and Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
This housing authority has two family communities, and 50 units set aside for elderly/disabled individuals.
To apply for public housing, you can stop by their office to pick up an application during normal office hours, located at: 900 Elizabeth Miller Gardens, Staunton, VA 24401.
Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered or mail to the above address.
This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: disabled, or employed.
