RAD Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Grays Harbor Housing Authority (GHHA)waiting list for Section 8 RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) Project-Based Voucher apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 14, 2021 until July 30, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application from the GHHA.

Once the application was completed, it was returned to the GHHA.

The maximum income limits for each household size were listed on the public notice.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Applicants who live or work in Grays Harbor County.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
