Eligibility
The Housing Authority of Thurston County (HATC) waiting list for Moderate Rehabilitation apartments at Martin Terrace Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 15, 2020, until January 29, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
This waiting list had the following preferences:
- Thurston County residents and to those who work in Thurston County
- Families with children or single pregnant individuals
- Single adults or couples age 50+
- Victims of domestic violence
- Single adults or couples who are disabled
- Families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Individuals who are transitioning out of a institutional setting or at risk of institutionalization
- Previously homeless households that are currently a client in a permanent supportive housing or rapid rehousing program.
The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:
1 person $29,300 | 5 persons $45,200
2 persons $33,500 | 6 persons $48,550
3 persons $37,700 | 7 persons $51,900
4 persons $41,850 | 8 persons $55,250
200 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
