Clare View Seniors Apartments Near Elderly and Disabled Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) Near Elderly and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Clare View Seniors Apartments is closed.

The SHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 30, 2021, until January 15, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the SHA, "To be considered for tenancy a household must consist of at least one member who:

• is over the age of 55 or
• has a verified disability."

There were four ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the Clare View Seniors Apartments’ leasing office.
3. In person at the Clare View Seniors Apartments’ leasing office.
4. Email the SHA Customer Service Representative.

Once the application was completed, it was postmarked by January 15, 2022 at 5:00 pm and mailed to the SHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
