Eligibility
The Appleton Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The CAHA offers 48 Scattered Site Public Housing units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
There are three ways to apply:
- Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (920) 739-6811 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Thursday.
- Download the scattered site pre-application here.
- Visit the CAHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 925 W. Northland Ave., Appleton, WI 54914, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The CAHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Live/work/attend school in Appleton, rent burdened, displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, victim of domestic violence.
