Eligibility
The De Pere Housing Authority (DPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The DPHA offers two Public Housing communities with 100 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the DPHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 850 Morning Glory Ln, De Pere, WI 54115 during normal office hours.
2. Download the elderly/disabled household pre-application or family housing pre-application, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
