Eligibility
The Eau Claire Housing Authority (ECHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.
Please note: The ECHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the ECHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 203 S. Farwell St., Eau Claire, WI 54702-1186, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
- Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to PO Box 1186, Eau Claire, WI 54702-1186, or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
