Please note: The Fond du Lac County Housing Authority and Fond du Lac Housing Authority operate as the Fond du Lac Housing Authority to cover Fond du Lac County, WI.
The Fond du Lac Housing Authority (FDLHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The FDLHA offers one Public Housing community with 242 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the FDLHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 15 North Marr Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, school documentation (if an adult household member is a full time student), custody papers (if applicable), proof of all income, saving and checking account statements.
