Eligibility
The Housing Authority of Cumberland (HAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAC offers 3 Public Housing communities for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
- Visit the HAC to pick up a pre-application, located at 1295 6th Avenue, Cumberland, WI 54829, from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday; and from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
