Eligibility
The South Milwaukee Community Development Authority (SMCDA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list for families and senior/disabled households, from August 25, 2015, until October 29, 2015.
All adult Public Housing residents are required to participate in eight hours community service per month, unless exempt.
Please note: The three bedroom waiting list is closed.
The SMCDA offers one Public Housing community with 60 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the SMCDA to pick up a pre-application, located at 2906 6th Avenue, South Milwaukee, WI 53172, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm CT, Monday-Thursday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
No preferences were noted.
