Eligibility
The Watertown Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 79 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the WHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 201 N Water St., Watertown, WI 53094, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
