Scattered Sites Public Housing Waiting List

The Wausau Community Development Authority (WCDA) waiting list for Scattered Sites Public Housing is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least September, 2015, until further notice.

According to the WCDA, "The program offers 46 non-smoking duplexes and single family homes scattered throughout the City of Wausau.  There are one, two, three and four bedroom single family homes and duplexes available."

To apply during the opening period, open and print the application online here. Select the "Click here to download the application in PDF" link.

Once the application and release of information document has been completed, it must be returned to the WCHA.
