Eligibility
The Westby Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 35 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the WHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 503 S Main St, Westby, WI 54667, from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, CT.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (608) 634-4810, from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
