Winnebago County, Wisconsin Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority (O/WCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open from March until August, 2019; and before that in September, 2017. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.            

This waiting list had the following preferences: Disabled, Victims of Hate Crimes, Victims of Domestic Violence, Live or Work Locally, Veterans, Displaced by Government Action, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Families or Persons in need of an accessible unit.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
