Bridge Ministries - Jefferson

Bridge Ministries offers emergency assistance to those in need within the community to prevent homelessness when funds are available. Due to limited funding and a great need for assistance services are usually limited to one time only per applicant/household. Applicants must meet residency and income guidelines as well as other eligibility and program requirements.
