Bisbee Coalition For The Homeless, Inc. services may include rental eviction prevention, mortgage foreclosure help, rental security and Utility deposit help or Utility assistance when funds are available.  Please contact them directly for more information. The Arizona Department of Housing handles their Eviction Prevention and Emergency Homeless Housing (EPEH) Program out of this office. Office Hours for the Director are: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. until noon
