About This Building
ECHO's Rental Assistance Program assists residents living in Livermore and Pleasanton with move-in costs or delinquent rent due to a temporary financial setback. If you are a family with children, elderly, permanently disabled, emancipated foster youth, a veteran, a victim of domestic violence, or a pregnant woman in her second trimester or later, and are: Seeking assistance with security deposit: You must be an Alameda resident for at least 6 months and you must have located affordable housing and been approved for it; or Seeking assistance with delinquent rent: You must have a letter or some other notice from the landlord stating that you are behind on your rent.
