Sacred Heart Community Service  offers Housing Program that helps people with financial assistance to prevent them from becoming homeless, or, to keep them stably housed. They assist with past-due rent, rental deposit, utilities (PG&E), and Section 8 rental deposit. The Housing Program provides assistance to the following zip codes: 95110 95117 95125 95126 95128 95008 95111 95113 95118 95124  95136 Help with Utility BillsSacred Heart offers a non-emergency federally-funded LIHEAP program, which assists low-income households in Santa Clara County with paying utility bills once a year, if the the household qualifies. Home Repairs WeatherizationThe Weatherization program provides energy-related repairs, replacing appliances, sealing drafts, and more. Weatherizing your home can help you stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and reduce the risk of health and safety problems such as illness, fire or eviction.
