City and County of Broomfield Health and Human Service - Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program

The City and County of Broomfield Health and Human Services , in partnership with the Broomfield Housing Authority, offer a Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (TBRA). TBRA is a two-year program to provide rental assistance and supportive case management services for low-income families.  Applicants must meet qualifications, including income and employment. This program is not for households who are in need of rental assistance to sustain current lease or rental agreements.
